I am travelling to Tokyo from 16th to 26th September 2016, below is my itinerary:
1. Day 1 and 2 - Central Tokyo
2. Day 3 - Nikko
3. Day 4 and 5 - Mount Fuji (Kawaguchiko)
4. Day 6 - Hakone
5. Day 7 - Kamakura
6. Day 8 to 11 - Central Tokyo
May i know if it is worth to buy the 14 day JR pass? Or there is other package that i could consider?

Having a look at your itinerary it would be cheapest to purchase regular tickets when your in Japan, instead of a JR Pass, as they are not long distance journeys.
