OSAKA TOKYO HOKURIKA ARCH PASS

I read on line that this pass, combining JREast and JRWest allowing more economical travel in the area was going to be available to overseas Tourists from 1st April 2016. I can't seem to find any information on it. Is this pass going to be available and if so where can I find details for possible purchase?

Yes you're right, the Tokyo-Osaka Hokuriku Arch Pass is being introduced starting in April this year.
