Ihave just arrived in 'Tokyo from Dublin today... only a few moments ago I left my japan rail pass documents at home by mistake. Can anyone tell me what my options are now in regards to getting a rail pass? thanks
Sorry to hear about your situation. Unfortunately, it is essential to have the exchange voucher with you in Japan in order to get your JR pass.
Your only option is to order another pass and get it shipped to your hotel in Japan. This usually takes 2-3 business days by Fedex. When you get back home, you can send your original unused voucher back to us with a note explaining what happened, and we will refund you.
