where can I exchange RailPass voucher in Sendai? I'll arrive at Sendai airport.

The JR Pass web site only shows office hour, but no address.

Hi Tcheng95070,

You cannot exchange your voucher at Sendai Airport, you will have to go to Sendai Station. Here is a link to a map of the station:

You can exchange your voucher at the location marked in dark pink, "View Plaza".
