This is the first time for self-planned itinerary. The route and the cost is only my estimate.
Could you please advise whether should I purchase the Kansai WIDE area Pass 5 days(8500 yen) starts from Day 5 or any other form of passes that are more cost saving? Other routes which are convenient and more economical ?

A Kansai Wide Pass or even Kansai Area Pass would not pay off for you.
Rail travel for your itinerary is not that high. But if you still want to look at some area passes, you might look at a Hankyu tourist pass

If you wanted to see Himeji though, then a Kansai Area Pass would be well worth it for a day.
