Hi i ordered my pass and next day got email saying i needed to send an official document to prove i ordered i called my credit card they said order went through .Beaware you may have to do this never happened last year when i ordered bit of a inconvenience as i had no idea how to attach document thank goodness my son helped.

Unfortunately, ID checks have become necessary for our company to help us prevent fraud. Orders get flagged on our system automatically for a variety of reasons, and when this happens we do require some official ID from customers. Please rest assured your information is kept completely confidential, and your order is shipped as soon as possible after the check is complete.
