You cannot upgrade a pass once it has been issued, but if you have time before your trip you can order a new Green Pass, and return the original standard pass to us for a full refund!
hmm, we are looking at travelling from Niseko to Tokyo by train. Yes I realise this is not the "normal" thing to do but we don't seem to save that much time by air and it would be mostly included in our Japan Rail Pass from what I understand. We were really hoping to by a standard 2 week pass and just be able to upgrade the fast train section of this day trip. The rest of the time it is only 2 -3 hour trips so doesn't seem worth the extra cost.
