I will be visiting to Osaka next month.
I plan to use Takayama-Hokuriku Tourist pass when I reach Osaka.
Can I use this pass for Nankai limited Express to tennoji station ?
Can I use this pass for subway - midosuji Line and others subway route ?
Furthermore, I wish to go over Shirakawa-go & Gokayama on this pass within the same day depart from Takayama station, could that be possible ?
Do I need to exchange MCO at the bus station for the bus ticket ?

Nankai is not JR, so you can't ride that train with the pass. More info on the pass is at:

You cannot use it on the subways either, although the Osaka Loop Line may go to many places in Osaka you'd like to see.
Yes, you can take the bus to Shirakawago & Gokayama and then depart from Takayama. The bus needs advance reservations though.
