JR TOKYO Wide Pass & Kansai Pass

I will come to Japan for 9 days.
The destination is Lake Kawaguchiko, Kyoto, Nara and Tokyo.
Can I use this JR TOKYO Wide Pass for the route from Narita Aiport - Tokyo - Otsuki - Kawaguchiko and back to Tokyo).
And I plan go to Kyoto for 4 days, back to Tokyo for 3 days later.
May I use the Kansai Pass for 4 days.
Can you recommend for information about my trip. Thank you.

the answer is yes.
A Kansai Area Pass is very hard to make pay off without a lot of long distance travel, like going to Himeji and back.

Yes, and a 7 day rail pass almost pays off by going down to Kyoto and return, or an even cheaper ticket is the japanican ticket.

You should know also that a the Tokyo Wide Pass doesn't quite pay off for you by only going Narita-Kawaguchiko-Tokyo. But if you take another day trip to someplace like Kamakura or Nikko it would save you some good money.
