Hi, can you give me advice if I should get a 14-day pass? A total of 4 are coming (myself, kids 11 (which appearing this is adult price), 14 and 8) Route : Narita Airport (Day 1) to Tokyo 4 days in Tokyo , 1 day to Mount Fuji. Head to Osaka for 3 nights , then to Kyoto for 2 nights. Next from Kyoto to Osaka Airport , taking domestic flight to Sapporo. Spend 2 days in Ski Resort, 2 days in Sapporo City, head to Sapporo Airport. Home sweet home

Unfortunately Japan Rail Pass 14 days is not worthwhile in your case. Because you have to do at least Tokyo-Kyoto and Kyoto-Tokyo with 7 days Pass. And your itinerary is not really long to use Japan Rail Pass.
I have some advice for your itinerary.
At first, when you arrive at Narita Airport, you can take Narita Express with reduced price. http://www.japan-rail-pass.com/japan-by-rail/travel-tips/nex
And then from Tokyo to Mt.Fuji, you have several solutions.
You can take JR train from Tokyo to Gotemba Station.

You can research your own itinerary by this website.

If you will stay close to Shinjuku station, you can take a bus. This is the cheapest way: http://highway-buses.jp/fuji/
From Mt.Fuji to Osaka, you can take the bullet train. It costs almost 12000 yen.
Between Osaka and Kyoto, you can take JR train or Private line. You can choose depending on your hotel place. (almost 500 yen)
I recommend you to leave Kyoto from "Kawaramachi station" of Hankyu line (private line) to go to Osaka Airport. It's more easy and cheap.
All of price I noted is for adult.
If you have more question, don't hesitate to share with us!
Thank you very much.

There is a direct bus too,

The fatest way to go to Osaka from Kawaguchiko is taking bullet train.
When you arrive at Shin-Osaka station, and change the train to go to Osaka station. From Osaka Station, please take Osaka loop line to go to Tennoji station which is the nearest station for your hotel in Osaka.
Thank you again
